On behalf of the Board of Directors of your Conference Camp & Retreat Ministries, I am pleased to share the good news of the camping ministry happening at each of our sites—Chestnut Ridge, Don Lee, and Rockfish.

Our three sites allow individuals and groups to truly get away from the distractions of everyday life and enjoy peace in these beautiful natural settings.

We are blessed with creative, compassionate, and fun loving staff who are ready to show you the glory and fun in God’s creation. We offer programs that teach about our environment; programs that assist groups in spiritual formation, leadership development and team building; and programs that include sailing, high ropes course and horseback riding in addition to traditional camp favorites of swimming, crafts, and canoeing. We also invite local churches to view us as an extension of your ministry.

At Chestnut Ridge, the sustainable agriculture program took root. Don Lee’s Coastal Communities expanded. And at Rockfish, Operation Purple thrived. Be sure to read more about these and other exciting programs in the following pages.

We have begun to pave the way to an even more exciting future. We have completed a master planning process for each site. Next time you are at camp, you will see the first steps of this process in action. The first of four new cabins at Rockfish was completed in December. Projects for Don Lee and Chestnut Ridge are still in the planning stages. Take a look at our own story boards of planning at each camp!

Financial support for our ministry comes from program fees (89%), donations (3%) and conference apportionment (8%). Our goal is to increase support from individual donors so that we can maintain or reduce fees to allow more people to experience this ministry.

We thank you for the opportunity to share our ministry and invite you to share the experience. For more information, explore this website or contact  our Executive Director, Wray Stephens.
